Welcome Team Positions
Parking Greeter
The Parking Lot is where we lay the foundation of trust (trust with their kids, trust with their money, trust with their friends, etc.) for our attendees and guests. The volunteers in our parking lot serve as a foreshadow of the experience they will expect in other areas of the church. The immediate welcome and direction will leave people feeling welcomed and important. Commitment is 1-2 Sunday’s per month from 8:15A - 9:15A and 10A - 10:45A or 10A- 10:45A and 11:30A - 12:15P.
Front Door Greeter
First time guests often decide whether they’ll attend a second time within the first 7 minutes of arriving, long before worship starts or the sermon is preached. Front Door Greeters help shape that first impression, by offering guests a warm welcome, helpful information, or a friendly connection as they pass through the doors. Commitment is 1-2 Sunday’s per month from 8:15A - 9:15A and 10A - 10:45A or 10A- 10:45A and 11:30A - 12:15P.
Usher
Serves all of our guests as a welcoming, comfortable and safe person to assist them with finding a seat in the main service. Ushers place response cards on the chair backs and offering buckets underneath the last seat in each row prior to service starting. Offering bibles, answering any questions, offering information as needed so that our guests may experience the continuing the flow of shocking hospitality that began when they parked their car. Commitment is 1-2 Sunday’s per month from 8:15A - 12:30P.

Next Steps Counter
The Next Steps Counter is a great way to help attendees and guests get plugged in and involved in Radius. This person serves as an ambassador for the church, believing in the importance of human connectivity, community and each person’s walk with Jesus. The Next Steps Counter Volunteers are available to answer any questions that guests may have about the church, events, groups, giving and serving. They will connect people with others in our community. Commitment is 1-2 Sunday’s per month from 8:15A - 10:45A or 10A - 1:30P.
